The 4-Step KCHS Application Journey

1. Check Eligibility & Choose Programme

Before applying, ensure you meet the minimum academic qualifications for your chosen course.

2. Complete the Online Application

All applications are processed through the official KCHS online portal.

Required Documents Checklist (Scan and Prepare):

**Academic Certificates:** KCSE Certificate/Result Slip (or equivalent).
**National ID/Passport:** Copy of National ID Card or Birth Certificate/Passport.
**Passport Photo:** Recent passport-size photo.
**Application Fee Proof:** Bank slip or M-Pesa confirmation for the KSh 3,000 fee.

**Application Fee:** KSh 3,000 (Non-refundable).

3. Review, Shortlisting, and Interview

Our Admissions team rigorously evaluates all applications. Shortlisted candidates proceed to the mandatory interview stage.

**Review Period:** Applications are typically reviewed shortly after the deadline.
**Interview:** Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or phone for a mandatory interview (physical or virtual).

Check your email (including spam folder) regularly for interview invitations and updates.

4. Receive Admission Letter & Enroll

Congratulations! Upon successful interview, you will receive your official Admission Letter and enrollment package.

**Acceptance:** Sign and return the acceptance form within the stipulated deadline.
**Fee Payment:** Pay the first installment of the tuition fees as indicated.
**Orientation:** Attend the mandatory orientation session to begin your academic journey.

Key Intake Periods

KCHS has two main intakes per year:

**March Intake:** Application window typically opens in November.
**September Intake:** Application window typically opens in May.

Financial Aid Note

Applicants seeking HELB or KCHS bursaries are advised to apply early. Financial aid application deadlines often coincide with the main admission deadlines.
